A Motivational Fitness Video
Sorry, but if this kid can do 30 handstand pushups, so can you!
But seriously, isn’t he amazing? I’ll admit, it is freaky, and a little scary when he starts posing at the end, but WOW. Awesome.
Does this motivate you to exercise? Exercise motivation is a critical element to attaining and maintaining your health and fitness goals. How do you find the motivation to exercise? Let me know.
I personally find this exercise video motivational because, while yes, this kid has awesome genes, they would never be able to fully express themselves without exercise. The impossible becomes possible through motivation, exercise, and consistency. I mean, did you seriously think it was possible for a BABY to do 30 handstand pushups before watching this video?
What superhero physique is waiting inside of you, waiting to be coaxed out as soon as you have the motivation to exercise consistently?
No, not all children need to be massively powerful gymnasts, but the research is clear; youth fitness is a critical aspect of overall physical development, as well as intellectual and psychological development. Isn’t teaching kids to be healthy just as smart as teaching them reading, writing, and arithmetic? (If you are interested in this topic, check out our article titled “Youth Fitness”.)
Check out this video, be inspired, and find the motivation to exercise; impossible is nothing!
Leave me some questions in the comments and I will get right back to you. SHOW ME YOU ARE ALIVE! Are you inspired? Confused? Disgusted?
Until next time, keep your business fit.

WTF, that kid is a monster. I hope he isn’t roided up.
HA! Thanks for the larf. I hope he isn’t too!
child abuse…how will this affect his overall development?? scarey
That is a great question! Thanks Marietta.
The video is amazing. In my youth I could do one or two of these!!
Wow… That is crazy and a little concerning! I wonder about his overall development as well. However children absolutely need physical fitness in their lives and lord know they do not get enough of it in school!
Wow, that is awesome Arlene!
Truth that Brooke!
I’m not sure extremes on either side are very healthy, but what the human form is physically capable of is impressive.
Crazy video! Kind of scary but pretty amazing at the same time.
True that Sussman!
Crazy and impressive indeed!
Extremes scare me… Balance is key. Hope the kid will dicscover his in the end…. Thansk for sharing Jon!
Thanks Alexandra!
Agree: BALANCE! This child should be playing w puzzles & kids in the mud.. The faces he makes are scary & too grown up! This has DEF inspired me to be a great parent but the baby did not do it for me on a fitness level, lol
Thanks for the comment AJ! SO true. I bet you are an AWESOME parent!
wow that is crazy! hope the kid doesn’t burnout at the age of 9
I know right! THanks for the comment Evan!!
Hi, Jon
I just watched the video and that kid is insanely fit. He must have no body fat at all. I agree with the rest of the comments he should be playing on a playground with kids.
Thanks for the comment Lauren! Playing is critical to development!
Im sorry – this little cutie still REALLY freaks me out. Hes not suppossed to have a six pack. Yeah for defeating gravity and child obesity. But what the hell do they feed him?
Ha ha! They probably feed him vodka!
